Beta testers can already try One UI 8.5 on their Samsung Galaxy S24

One UI 8.5 beta arrives for the Galaxy S24 range

Participants in the beta testing programme can now try One UI 8.5, built on Android 16 QPR2, on Samsung’s Galaxy S24 series. The update is already available for the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24 Plus and Galaxy S24 Ultra.

Where the beta is available and build details

At present, the programme is live in India, South Korea and the United Kingdom. The first beta build weighs in at 4109,04 MB, and the firmware version is S92xBXXU5ZZCD. Samsung is expected to widen access to the programme to additional regions in the near future.

As a reminder, Samsung released the eighth beta for the Galaxy S25 line today. However, it is still not known when the final version of the firmware will begin rolling out.
