Professionals looking to broaden their training in customer loyalty can get 30 days of free access to BonifiQ Academy’s university extension course in Loyalty. The initiative aims to bring practitioners closer to a field that has become increasingly established within companies, yet still appears only sparingly in traditional education.
BonifiQ, a platform offering loyalty and customer engagement solutions for both physical and digital retail, developed the course using the experience gained from delivering more than 400 loyalty programmes.
The programme carries academic endorsement from a higher education institution accredited by Brazil’s Ministry of Education (MEC) and follows the guidelines set by the National Education Council (CNE). Free access is available via the BonifiQ Academy platform, and enrolment can be completed through the company’s website.
Loyalty market increases demand for professionals
The course arrives at a time when Brazil’s loyalty market is expanding. According to the Brazilian Association of Loyalty Market Companies (ABEMF), the sector generated R$ 6.3 billion in the first quarter of 2026 and reached 306 million participants in loyalty programmes. This figure represents growth of more than 11% compared with the same period in 2025.
As retention-focused strategies, CRM and consumer experience initiatives continue to develop, companies have been seeking professionals who can design relationship actions, drive repeat purchasing and use data to understand customer behaviour.
BonifiQ Academy structured the training to reflect this landscape. The syllabus covers loyalty programme planning, CRM applied to Loyalty, Customer Experience, consumer behaviour, retention, engagement, gamification and performance indicators.
The course also sets out methodologies for building and managing loyalty programmes, drawing on projects developed by the company itself across different segments of physical and digital retail.
Course blends theoretical learning with practical experience
Because it is delivered as a university extension course, the training provides certification to participants. The study hours may also be counted as complementary academic activity within undergraduate degrees, in line with the rules of each education institution.
The intention is to connect academic content with real-world market application. To achieve this, the programme uses BonifiQ’s accumulated project work and hands-on experience implementing loyalty strategies as its primary reference point.
Topics include defining Loyalty strategies, customer relationship management, indicator analysis, consumer experience and engagement mechanisms. The content also covers gamification, a feature used in loyalty programmes to encourage consumer participation.
The training is aimed at professionals who already work in, or want to move into, areas related to marketing, CRM, customer experience, relationships, data and loyalty.
Academy joins BonifiQ’s portfolio
BonifiQ Academy is one of four areas currently making up the company’s portfolio. BonifiQ Affiliates focuses on acquiring new customers, while BonifiQ Engage centres on engagement strategies and campaign personalisation based on consumer behaviour data.
BonifiQ Loyalty, in turn, targets retention and repeat purchasing. The Academy completes the set by developing the skills of professionals and companies.
Together, the four areas align with different stages in the relationship between brands and consumers, from acquisition through to retention. With the Academy, the company extends its role into professional education and the sharing of knowledge about relationship and loyalty strategies.
