Managing personal finances could become simpler for millions of Brazilians. Nubank has announced a new feature designed to help customers track debts and stop minor money troubles turning into major headaches.
Named CPF Monitoring, the tool will be rolled out gradually throughout 2026. It will let users view financial outstanding items straight in the fintech’s app, reflecting the digital bank’s push to increase transparency and make it easier for customers to stay on top of their finances.
How CPF Monitoring works
The new feature will sit within NuScore, Nubank’s system that brings together information linked to a customer’s financial profile.
With CPF Monitoring, users will be able to see debts tied to their CPF on a single screen, without needing to check multiple platforms or contact different companies to confirm what is still outstanding.
The aim is to provide a clearer picture of the customer’s financial position, so they can act more quickly and confidently before debts start to affect their credit.
Partnership makes debt renegotiation easier
To deliver the service, Nubank has partnered with Acordo Certo, a company focused on negotiating and regularising debts.
Acordo Certo will supply the data on outstanding financial items, while Nubank will serve as the intermediary-bringing those details into the app and making it simpler to access renegotiation options.
In practical terms, customers will be able to review their debts and consider settlement proposals without leaving the app, making the process more straightforward and convenient.
Tool also helps identify improper charges
Another feature of CPF Monitoring is its ability to notify users about new entries recorded under their name.
As well as following legitimate debts, the tool can help flag improper charges or details that may need checking, allowing the customer to respond quickly.
This ongoing monitoring lowers the chance of unwelcome surprises and gives consumers more control over their registration details and financial status.
Less bureaucracy and more financial organisation
One of the key benefits is the centralisation of information. Instead of using several services to look up debts, users will be able to see everything in one place.
That added convenience is likely to support budgeting and decision-making around paying or renegotiating outstanding items.
What’s more, keeping a regular eye on debts can help prevent lengthy delays, a negative credit listing, and future difficulties when trying to obtain credit.
Goal is to strengthen customers’ financial health
By launching CPF Monitoring, Nubank expands its set of tools aimed at financial education and day-to-day money management.
The initiative is intended to give users more independence, enabling them to monitor their financial situation in real time and access regularisation alternatives more easily when needed.
By bringing together debt information, activity alerts, and negotiation opportunities within one environment, the fintech is betting on a more practical and efficient experience for people who want to keep their finances organised and avoid credit problems in the future.
