Vivo X300 Ultra leak: 6.82-inch 2K 144 Hz OLED and 8.19 mm body

A fresh leak has surfaced about the Vivo X300 Ultra. According to well-known tipster Digital Chat Station, the flagship is set to feature a 6.82-inch BOE OLED display with 2K resolution and a 144 Hz refresh rate, plus Ultra HDR support. The same source claims the handset will measure 8.19 mm in thickness.

Charging, haptics and audio

The Vivo X300 Ultra is also said to offer 100 W wired charging and 40 W wireless charging. In addition, the device is rumoured to come with a powerful vibration motor and an upgraded audio system.

Camera hardware and the official photography kit

Vivo has previously revealed key camera details. The X300 Ultra will reportedly include an ultra-wide module based on the Sony LYTIA 818 sensor (1/1.28-inch optical format), along with CIPA 6.0-level stabilisation and a 200-megapixel main sensor.

The company has also showcased a branded photography kit for the X300 Ultra. It includes two teleconverters (Cannon 400 and Lipstick 200), a dedicated case, filters, a strap, and an updated control grip with extra customisable buttons. Inside the grip is a 2,300 mAh battery with support for 55 W charging.

Launch date, location and expected rivals

The presentation for the new Vivo X series is scheduled for 30 March at 19:00 in Lijiang, Yunnan province. Alongside the X300 Ultra, Vivo is expected to unveil the X300s and the Pad6 Pro tablet, with sales of the new products beginning on 3 April. Once it reaches the market, the Vivo X300 Ultra is expected to compete with other top-tier camera phones such as the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra and the iPhone 17 Pro Max.
