Blink video doorbell: two-year battery life and wireless fitting

The Blink doorbell’s key benefit is that it operates entirely independently of electrical wiring. The three supplied Energizer AA lithium batteries provide up to two years of continuous battery life, so no maintenance is needed for two years once it has been fitted. Its IP65 rating protects the unit from the weather. Wireless installation takes only a few minutes using the included fitting kit, screws, wall plugs and angled mount. The base Sync Module connects to an indoor mains socket with the supplied USB-C cable.

HD monitoring, night vision and two-way audio

A 30-day free trial of the Blink Plus subscription is included, allowing you to try advanced features such as person-detection alerts, extended live video and secure cloud storage. Once the trial ends, the core functions remain available without a subscription. The doorbell can also be paired with a separately sold Blink Mini 2 camera, which can serve as a mains-powered indoor chime.
