An excellent processor for gaming and demanding workloads

Built on the Zen 5 architecture, the AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D features 8 cores and 16 threads, alongside 104 MB of cache memory, including 96 MB of L3 cache. Reaching clock speeds of up to 5.2 GHz, this processor also benefits from second-generation 3D V-Cache technology, designed to reduce gaming latency and deliver stronger performance.

It is also highly responsive when handling intensive tasks such as video editing and 3D modelling. The processor additionally comes with a GPU. However, this does not replace a dedicated graphics card if you want to get the most from your best-looking games.

With support for the PCIe 5.0 standard, the processor is compatible with the latest high-end graphics cards. Its power consumption also remains controlled for its level of performance, with a TDP of 120 W.

The AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D only supports DDR5 memory and AM5 motherboards. As an added benefit, installation takes just a few minutes, even if you have no experience with this type of task.

In short, if you are looking to boost performance in demanding applications and gaming, this processor is an easy recommendation, as it was designed specifically for these uses. What is more, with the current discount, the AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D costs very little. Nevertheless, it is advisable to be quick, as the offer expires in just a few hours and stock may disappear even faster with such a generous reduction.
