Anyone driving to the Costa Brava, Andalusia or the Balearic Islands this spring would do well to keep their right foot under control. Spain’s traffic authorities have overhauled enforcement: away from obvious roadside speed boxes and towards mobile, hard-to-spot devices, plus aerial monitoring that many tourists simply don’t factor in.
