Samsung has significantly widened its One UI 8.5 beta testing programme. The software first arrived for the Galaxy S25 line-up, and was then made available to the Galaxy Z Flip 7 and Galaxy Z Fold 7, as well as devices in the Galaxy S24 range. The list has now been broadened further with four additional smartphone models and two tablet models.

Which devices have joined the One UI 8.5 beta

The programme now includes the Galaxy S24 FE, Galaxy S25 FE, Galaxy Z Flip 6, Galaxy Z Fold 6, plus the Galaxy Tab S11 and Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra.

Countries where the new firmware is available

The new firmware for these devices is being rolled out in India, South Korea, the United Kingdom and the United States. However, China, Germany and Poland-countries where Samsung typically also launches One UI beta versions-are not included in this round.

Stability warning for the One UI 8.5 beta

Sammobile points out that the beta build may contain bugs and stability issues, so it is not recommended to install it on a primary device used for everyday purposes.
