LATAM Pass customers can now earn rewards in miles by completing missions available free of charge in the LATAM Airlines loyalty programme app. The feature brings together challenges that are refreshed from time to time, with bonus miles awarded when targets are met.

How LATAM Pass missions work

Using the hook “With every action, unlock new rewards”, the missions are designed to broaden the ways customers can get to know the programme. The challenges cover areas such as shopping, travel, and using products and services from partner brands. Each mission sets out its own rules, participation window, and specific rewards, so LATAM Pass members can track their progress directly within the app.

“We are continuing on our journey to make LATAM Pass simpler, more personalised and present in our customers’ everyday lives. Through missions, we will be able to introduce new products, encourage customers to explore new features and recognise behaviours as they interact more with the programme, using a playful and intuitive tool. New missions are released regularly in the app. For that reason, the company recommends that customers keep the LATAM Pass app updated on their smartphone and check the missions section on the app’s home screen to see the current challenges and bonus opportunities.
