DIO and GFT Technologies open 5,000 free places for cloud computing training
DIO, working alongside the multinational GFT Technologies, is making 5,000 places available on a new programme designed for professionals who want to start a hands-on journey into cloud computing that reflects current market needs.
Cloud course content: core pillars and AWS services
The free course covers the main operational pillars for cloud environments, spanning compute, storage, networking, databases, security, governance and automation.
Along the learning path, participants will work with widely used technologies such as Amazon EC2, Amazon S3, AWS Lambda, Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon EKS and Terraform, as well as an introduction to DevOps practices with AWS. The material has been organised to deliver an applied experience, linking concepts and practice from the very first modules.
Programme combines courses, coding challenges and applied projects
The programme format brings together courses, coding challenges, applied projects at strategic stages and live mentoring sessions with industry specialists. Participants will also have access to the AWS Free Tier, enabling them to test platform services at no cost during the learning period, which increases independence and supports deeper skill-building.
What participants gain and how to apply
By the end of the programme, learners will be ready to work with cloud computing, infrastructure as code, automation and DevOps practices, broadening their career opportunities. They will also join Talent Match, DIO’s platform that connects talent with companies on a global scale.
Registration is free, applications are now open, and can be completed via the programme’s official website.
