The Coros Pace 4 smartwatch for athletes

Available since November 2025, the Coros Pace 4 is a smartwatch designed for sportspeople and accurate tracking. Its sensors monitor your heart rate while also measuring distance, pace, running power and recovery.

Runners can also view their running level, as well as estimated potential times and paces for 5 km, 10 km, half-marathons and marathons via the race predictor. Your sports data can be synchronised with the Coros app or services such as Strava, TrainingPeaks and Wikiloc.

GPS, water resistance and health tracking

The watch is also rated 5 ATM, meaning you can keep it on your wrist in water down to a depth of 50 metres. Its dual-frequency GPS provides accurate route tracking. It also delivers comprehensive health monitoring, including analysis of sleep quality and heart-rate variability.

Battery life and everyday features

The Coros Pace 4 offers outstanding battery life of up to 19 days in standard mode and 41 hours in GPS mode. It is also notably lightweight at just 40 grams, making it comfortable for day-to-day wear and extended exercise sessions. For navigation, you can use its 1.2-inch OLED touchscreen, which delivers high display quality, or its physical buttons for quick access to functions.

The watch also includes a microphone, allowing you to record voice notes. You can store music on the watch and listen to it by connecting Bluetooth headphones or earphones. However, it is not compatible with music streaming services.

In short, the Pace 4 is an excellent smartwatch for sport and everyday use. At this price, there is little doubt that stock will not last for long, so it is worth being quick.
